'LakeQuarter originated from a modest ambition: to serve real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family initiated our pizzeria as a quaint, family-operated locale in 1985, passing on cherished recipes through the ages.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered her pizza-making skills on a journey across Italy, particularly in Naples where pizza was born, mentored by expert pizzaiolos. Back in the UK, she aspired to reproduce the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
The journey that began with a cozy 12-seat eatery has expanded into a celebrated local fixture; however, our dedication to superb quality and originality holds firm. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, crafting our dough from scratch each day, and selecting the finest ingredients accessible.
Today, 'LakeQuarter' continues to be steered by the Rossi lineage, with the family's second generation guiding our zealous crew. While we have adopted certain modern technologies, our core mission endures: to craft delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
